Lucía Antru is an illustrator and designer based in Valladolid. Her work revolves around the symbolic, the emotional, and the everyday, with a colorful yet serene style and a deeply personal gaze on the small gestures that shape us.
In “Where Life Happens,” she presents a series of illustrations that capture intimate and everyday moments. Simple scenes that, quietly and without fanfare, hold us together from within. Situations that often go unnoticed, yet serve as the refuge from which we inhabit ourselves. This exhibition is a visual tribute to those acts that may seem small but are essential. An invitation to pause and look—right there, where, perhaps without even realizing it, life is happening. To stop, observe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Because, in the end, life doesn’t always unfold in grand moments… sometimes it simply happens, gently and quietly, in the everyday.
