Urban Trend

From February 27 to February 2, 4 days of trends, art, fashion, design, flow and urban activities.  At Mercado de Tapineria we have supported entrepreneurs with ideas since our origins and we promote local commerce. Any quality, avant-garde and trendy commercial project has its place here at Urban Trend. In an ephemeral, brief and creative way we bring together in the city center emerging brands that will be a must this season, with their own style for people who like exclusivity, originality and quality. A pop up where you can see all kinds of products, activities and projects for the enjoyment of everyone from 0 to 10381294 years old.

In this edition we have invited Miguel Carrera, illustrator and graphic designer, passionate about art and the creative world, with a style full of color and movement, which comes from graffiti and cartoon drawings.  Since he began creating, his work has focused on what I call “Loops”, where he describes those moments where the head is filled with thoughts automatically and subconsciously, whether positive or negative. Many people tell him that I suffer from “horror vacui” because of his paintings full of movement and color, but it is the idea that he seeks to convey.  Throughout his short professional career as an illustrator, he has won a MINI contest in 2023, where his design was applied to a car to be displayed at company events.
